I have found myself having conversations with a lot of ladies who are young and older about how they love a quote-unquote God-fearing man. While there is nothing wrong with desiring a God-fearing man, the issue comes into play when a lot of women realize that man they love finds himself infatuated with your flesh and not your spirit. There is a difference with a man becomes infatuated with the flesh and spirit and allow for me to break it down for you, sis.

Let’s start by identifying the definition of infatuation: an intense but short-lived passion or admiration for someone or something.

He may be lusting over you and gives no care in the world about your spirit. You may not feel spiritually connected to him, but his sex or money is too good for you to bounce. Often many ladies do not understand what they feel for a guy that they just started dating or have been with for years.

My advice for them is to seek yourself for him and love you because a man who truly loves you won’t give you any mix signals.

Sharing a soulful and spiritual connection runs both ways and not just one. If you pray for a man daily, weekly, monthly, or even at all then he should be praying for you too sis! Do not makeup excuses for any man that you love.

If he has a connection with you and the Holy Spirit, then chances are he should be asking the Lord to bless you in every area of your life.

It may seem like shade or fun and games, but prayer should not be the last resort when you love someone. It’s one thing to have a man open his wallet to pay for food for you, and it’s another thing to have a man to open his heart, mind, and mouth and pray for you. So, if you don’t know for sure that the man you love or is dating doesn’t pray for you then spark up a pray with God and a conversation with that guy.

Pray this short prayer;

Dear God,

I just want to thank you for loving me unconditionally even during the moments of self-doubt and when I needed reassurance. My prayer to you today is that you reveal to me the truth that lies within my spouse, within your precious timing. I pray that you reveal to me how you want me to live for and through you.
For I love you and send praises to your Holy name,
Amen.
