Last Valentine’s Day, I was in the early weeks of a situationship unfolding. I thought I had something to toast to, but instead, I was left disappointed. Yeah, I am talking about no gift. No effort. Not even the smallest gesture of appreciation.

Maybe you just do not need a bouquet of flowers, candy, and or a bottle of your favorite wine to put a smile on your own face. Sometimes you want something a little bit more personal than you can always hold on to for the years to come. Maybe you have overlooked card shopping, but it may be something you may want to consider doing for yourself. I am not talking about a gift card.

Have you ever woken up from your sleep, still feeling restless? Not getting enough sleep can leave many of us feeling drained first thing in the morning. According to Women's Health Government, “Most women ages 21 to 65 should get Pap tests as part of routine health care. Even if you are not currently sexually active, you should still have a Pap test.” Women who have gone through menopause and are younger than 65 still need regular Pap tests as well.
