These past two weeks have mentally took a toll on me. I have been feeling like I have not been good enough. (Yes, I suffer from self-esteem issues like a whole lot of other women do too.) Nor, am I ashamed to talk about my raw emotions. I honestly don't see the glory in telling your story or even giving a message if you have to sugar coat that shit, in a whole lot of tasteless bullshit. Anyways, back to what I was saying.

I have really been feeling like I'm not up to par in certain areas of my life. For a real example, every day that I go to work I feel like I'm just the weakest link compared to my co-workers in my branch Monday through Saturday.

There are days that I feel like there's only a matter of time before I'm up and out the damn door. However, throughout my frustrations, I still smile. Smiling truly helps me keep it pushing for better opportunities that are on the rise.

Let me tell you, that I can go on and on about how I been just mentally picking things out of my life that has been messing with my spiritual glow. We all have a spiritual glow that people can feel when they come in contact with you.

Folks may find your spiritual glow attractive and you can practically hold an amazing conversation with a complete stranger and feel a genuine connection! Queen, you can not allow your current circumstances to trouble you.

I am also speaking of my damn self too and not just you! YOU deserve to be encouraged throughout your journey in life. As QUEENS we must give ourselves a motivational pep-talks.

Think about this. There are too many girls and women of all ages who have not locked in the value of their own selves. Many of those same girls and women have troubled souls, hearts, and minds. They truly need queens like us to empower them and to help them become captivated with loving their selves.

There is nothing wrong with expanding your horizons and uplifting other women. Having a pep-talk with not only yourself, but with Jesus can make your day, situation, and future brighter.

For it reads in the King James Version of the Holy Bible in 2 Corinthians 7:16

I rejoice therefore that I have confidence in you all things.

Whenever you are reading this I pray that you are encouraged to step forward into your calling. I pray that you release any negative energy that is holding you hostage from accomplishing your goals and dreams. I pray that you discover your inner strength to keep pushing forward. For you are worthy. You shall achieve your definition of greatness. May you speak over yourself with humbling and meaningful words.

Don't always think of a pep-talk as talking to yourself, but as speaking over yourself.
