December often feels a little all over the place, yet this year I’ve decided to make sense of this holiday season. After everything 2025 put me through I wanted to bring light it all. The lessons. The heaviness. The exhaustion. The wins. The breakthroughs. The quiet nights I had to hold myself together. I wanted this year to end gently. Intentionally. Softly. I wanted to bask in gratitude for the woman I’ve grown into.
This year, I’m doing something new on my blog:
12 Days of Blogmas, boo the Linda Hurd edition.
This will not be the traditional “hot cocoa and matching pajamas only” Blogmas.
Boo, we are bringing forth a real woman’s Blogmas. This is a blogmas filled with a whole lot. We are talking about motherhood, healing, feminine energy, boundaries, budgeting, rest, self-care, and the soft life moments I am intentionally choosing for myself.
For the next twelve posts, I will be sharing pieces of my December that feel honest and true my future self. I wanted to create a blogmas vibe that you, my reader, can look forward to coming back to for the days to come leading into Christmas. Some posts will bring upon cozy and warm feeling. Some of my other posts will be emotional and reflective. Sh*t, I might hit a nerve in the best way. But all of them will be me. My voice. My truth. A woman rebuilding her strength. A storyteller discovering softness within the blank pages of her journal. Her digital journal. That is.
If you have been reading my blog throughout the year, you know I do not sugarcoat anything. Blogmas will not be any different. I will be writing about my real life. My real experiences. Sh*t, I will never vlog about. My real growth. The things I am leaving behind before I walk into 2026.
I am excited. I am a little nervous too, because I have not committed to doing a blogmas in years. However, I am ready. I hope you enjoy this intimate December journey with me.
Blogmas starts December 10th.
