During an emotional and heartfelt Oscars acceptance speech, Regina King said that she’s an example of what it looks like when support and love are poured into someone. She continued and said, "Mom, I love you so much," she said through tears. "Thank you for teaching me that God has always been leaning in my direction."

Are Distractions Keeping You From Building Your Relationship With God?

Has it been difficult for you to keep your focus on God lately? Creating excuses as to why you do not have a close relationship with God does not pull you closer to Him. Let me tell you that I am guilty of constantly finding a distraction. My distractions have pulled me away from God weekly. Some days I am filling myself with His word and others I’m straying away mentally with distractions.
