I’m stepping into 2019 to the rhythm of a high hat. This past year has brought me so much clarity. I have peace within my spirit. I have peace of mind. Within in this year, I had mustard seed faith. I challenge myself time and time again keep going.

Give it to God and let it be. I thought about this saying before I went into this past week. I was stressed. I felt unfulfilled with my progress. I was being over critical of myself. Hell, I just couldn’t stop faulting myself for the smallest of things. All I knew was that things were going to turn around. I did not know how soon, but I knew within my spirit things were going to get better.
Living with Lymphedema is what you make it out to be. During the winter months, it is much easier to hide and disguise a swollen limb. There are so many options to choose from that aren’t comfortable during the other seasons.
