It's no lie that many people will set all types of goals
as they enter a new chapter of their lives and a new decade. The feeling
of working toward a goal can feel exciting. The eager and willing to move forward
can display growth in so many ways.
Guess what? I have been busy getting my soil ready in many areas of
my life. God is the sun and I am the gardener. I am being mindful of the condition
of the soil and climate surrounding me before I plant my seeds in order to reap the harvest.
Is your trust in God or has your faith been misplaced? God
is not a genie and He never will be. We can not believe in His works without
placing our faith in him and ourselves. It can be tough for many people to lean
and depend on His word.
Let me tell you what went down during our trip to the Audubon Zoo Lights! My husband and I wanted to take Eli back to the zoo before Christmas. We all love seeing holiday light displays. Eli has been captivated by the lights in display in our neighborhood. Plus, no matter the weather, we were determined to get out of the house as a family.
