I
wanted to start this blog post off by saying this year has been truly
eye-opening for me. It wasn't like I was sleep or anything like that. Well, yeah,
I wasn't spiritual woke on the inside to see what God wanted me to understand
in my waking life.
Around March, I had found out I was having a baby boy, and the first person besides my husband. I wanted to tell was my mom. However, to tell my mom, the news I had to tell my Lil sister first. (I had no problem with doing it either.)

When
you make the transition from being a country girl to a city girl your views
truly change. Where I am from drinking beer, wine coolers, and daiquiris are the
way to go if you are celebrating or just whining down.
When I made the move to the outskirts of New Orleans from living in Assumption Parish I experience the views of an onlooker would during Mardi Gras season.

But Does He Pray for You, Sis?
in blogmas2017, couple advice, marriage advice, relationship advice, relationships, by Linda B Hurd, December 14, 2017
I
have found myself having conversations with a lot of ladies who are young and
older about how they love a quote-unquote God-fearing man. While there is
nothing wrong with desiring a God-fearing man, the issue comes into play when a
lot of women realize that man they love finds himself infatuated with your flesh
and not your spirit. There is a difference with a man becomes infatuated with
the flesh and spirit and allow for me to break it down for you, sis.
