I'm officially 25 years old and I'm very happy. I'm happy because I know that it is only by the grace of God that I am still here today. Of course, there's going to be someone whose reading this blog post thinking, "There she goes with all this Holy Ghost praise and worship talk."

Okay, allow for me to really take a moment to truly thank God for making it to my mid-twenties. It has always been God’s favor upon my life.

In honor of my 25th birthday which is tomorrow. I wanted to do this special dedication blog post. I have been blogging on this site since 2016. I never thought about giving myself credit for all the many mile stones I have crossed in life. Allow for me to share with you the 24 things that I have learned in 24 years before turning 25 years old. Let's get it!

When I began breastfeeding two and a half months ago, I had no idea how much I would learn about my body and my baby. I spent hours online reading and watching videos from different mothers and their journey and experiences with breastfeeding.

I was beyond nervous and excited all at the same time to really get into the swing of breastfeeding once I gave birth to my baby. However, I learned quickly how demanding breastfeeding can truly be.

Yes, my marriage did change after having a baby. My husband, Bruce and I were married for three years before we even became pregnant. We were together for six years when we started our family. We did not rush into starting a family and neither one of us had our lives truly together.
