in it? But wait, you get home and just do not know what to write in your
journal. You think and try not to overthink as you stare at the blank pages
wondering what you will write. Trust me, I have been there before as a writer
and avid journal purchaser.

Who doesn’t like a good night’s sleep? Studies have shown
that the average person gets about 8 hours of sleep at night. That means that a
person will sleep for 229,961 hours in their lifetime, or logically speaking, one-third of their life will be spent asleep.
