My Boss Asked Me To Resign Yesterday

If you guys, have been following my journey to discovering my inner strength you would know that growth involves an evolution. I started my current job as a bank teller about three months ago. I was thankful and was embracing the change that came with it. It was bittersweet to say goodbye to my old co-workers, but I was ready for another job. These last three months of being a bank teller has truly been filled with a lot of anxiety, excitement, and tears of both joy and sadness. I was mentally beating myself up in the month of August feeling as if I made a mistake with taking on my new job. However, being blessed with a new job opportunity didn't ashamed of my new job title as a bank teller. Allow me to explain.
I wanted to share with you all what has been going on in my life for the past month of October. I am very excited to finally say that my husband and I will finally be moving. It may not sound like a huge deal to some folks, however, if they were going through the hardships, that we have been facing at our apartment complex then they would understand our excitement. By next week we shall be in our new apartment! The feeling of finally settling into a better space for me and my husband to continue to grow is refreshing.

It is difficult to be in a relationship with a man who doesn't see anything wrong with his woman struggling to maintain a household alone. I can only imagine how stressful it is to feel like you are doing everything by yourself and he is just there watching. Here go my advice and tips on what to do when your man can't keep a job and he doesn't want to work.

I fell in love with Naturi Naughton's character Tasha St. Patrick from the Starz hit series POWER. I think that a lot of viewers can feel the inner strength and resilience in her character. Tasha also forgets to value herself, and places too much of her time and focus on her husband James. There were also so many life lessons that you could apply to your very own life from Power, as well. Here are 5 life tips that I learned from Tasha St. Patrick from Power.

If you value your self-worth and your peace of mind then it can truly get you through a lot of tough times. Being in love can sometimes leave you blinded if you don’t realize the reality before you. There have been so many women who have told me that they feel trapped in a relationship that they feel is going nowhere. They see no future with their current partner and they are scared to keep things the same in their relationships. I truly understand their frustrations and their desire to want better from their current relationship. I decided to give them and any other women in the world who need my advice on what to do when you feel like you cannot build a future with your spouse.

Lurking on social media can often times lead you in your feelings. Almost a week ago, there I was upset and low key pissed off from comparing my life to another woman's success on Instagram. I just had finished adding another chapter to my book 'Love Me Past The Pain' on Wattpad, and found myself questioning my true potential. I was asking myself, "Why aren't you a published author, Linda?" I had to come into realization with myself that I can't question where Jesus is leading me in my life right now and here is why.
